About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Influence: Manage complex relationships across diverse stakeholder groups to drive alignment and adoption.
- Learning Management System Vision & Roadmap: set a 3-year roadmap aligned to GxP, talent strategy, and AI-first learning principles.
- Process Ownership: Own the processes related to the Learning Management System, including operational governance, content ingestion and management, assignment, completion, and analytics, ensuring continuous improvement and great experiences.
- Strategic Ecosystem Design: Architect and evolve the enterprise learning ecosystem by integrating system thinking, experience design, and scalable digital solutions.
- Process Integration & Simplification: Lead the design of experiences that align with simplified, human-centered P&O processes.
- Consultative Collaboration: Engage with Learning Partnering & Solutions, Talent Management, and the Enterprise Learning Board to ensure that critical development programs are supported by an excellent digital experience.
- Holistic Solution Design: Develop comprehensive learning strategies that integrate various modalities and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Emerging Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, such as AI agents and augmented reality, and assess their applicability to enhance learning experiences and integrate into the LMS.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize feedback and data to refine learning experiences and platform operation, ensuring learning remains relevant and impactful and the platform operates smoothly with minimal risk.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated success steering cross-functional decisions in a regulated matrix environment, balancing Quality Assurance and business agility.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning experiences, preferably in a consultative or creative leadership role.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong experience with emerging technologies and their application in learning environments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex Learning Management Systems (LMS) where there is high demand for regulatory and compliance related reporting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
Desirable Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in leading creative projects and guiding cross-functional teams.
