主な職務内容
- 複数の導入フェーズにわたるRLT製品の倉庫運営の立ち上げと実行をリード
- Aタイプおよびその他の輸送箱の認証・バリデーションを監督
- フェーズ2の倉庫運営に向けたSOPおよびロジスティクスインフラの設計と導入
- SAP取引や返品処理を含む入出庫業務を管理
- 輸入、納品、サプライヤーパフォーマンスに関してグローバルロジスティクスチームと連携
- 最終配送に向けたロジスティクス計画、注文配分、請求確認を推進
応募要件
- 国内配送、倉庫業、輸出入また倉庫立ち上げや輸送計画を含むロジスティクス業務の実務経験3年以上
- SOP作成および倉庫作業員のトレーニングに関するスキル (派遣社員および業務委託先と調整および協働経験がある方)
- グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションが可能な英語力と母国語レベルの日本語可能な方
- 製薬を扱う倉庫会社の経験があれば尚可
- 製薬業界または高度に規制された環境でのロジスティクス業務経験のある方歓迎

As Logistics Manager, you’ll lead the setup and execution of warehouse and transportation strategies for our Sasayama site, collaborating closely with global teams to ensure seamless product flow and operational excellence. From designing warehouse operations to managing final-mile delivery, your work will be instrumental in bringing life-changing therapies to patients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead setup and execution of warehouse operations for RLT products across multiple launch phases
- Oversee qualification and validation of transportation boxes, including A-type and alternative formats
- Design and implement SOPs and logistics infrastructure for Phase 2 warehouse operations
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including SAP transactions and return processes
- Coordinate with global logistics teams on import, delivery, and supplier performance
- Drive logistics planning, order allocation, and billing validation for final-mile delivery
Requirements
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations, including domestic delivery, warehousing, import/export, warehouse setup, and transportation planning
- Skills in creating SOPs and training warehouse staff (experience coordinating and collaborating with temporary staff and external contractors is preferred)
- Proficiency in English for communication with global teams, and native-level fluency in Japanese
- Experience working at a warehouse company handling pharmaceuticals is a plus
- Logistics experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated environments is welcomed
